We first meet Donald Fitzroy in a swank hotel room in Baku. Later, he attends a former colleague’s state funeral. While at the funeral, Fitzroy runs into Lloyd Hansen, who leverages Fitzroy’s kidnapped niece in order to turn Fitzroy against Six.
