The Thai Buyer is a carefree, party-loving businessman. He arranges to purchase the stolen hard drive from Sierra Four during a raucous new year celebration in a Bangkok event space. He pushes Sierra Four to proceed with the transaction, but after the building’s fire alarm goes off, Sierra Four calls off the deal much to the Thai Buyer’s chagrin.
